Mentor Program Supervisor, Orangewood Children's Foundation
Responsible for recruitment, screening, training, matching and support of 150+ mentors in three different programs. Supervise a team of 4, including 3 case managers and an intern. Past positions within OCF have included Mentor Program Coordinator, Volunteer Services Coordinator, and Program Support Services Supervisor. Other responsibilities included the recruitment and supervision of episodic volunteers, as well as the solicitation and coordination of all in-kind donations.
