Myself Saurabh Shukla, lecturer of Bioinformatics in Yeshwant College of Information Technology-Bioinformatics & Biotechnology-Parbhani- Maharashtra- India, since 25th September 2007 onwards. This College is affiliated to SRTM University-Nanded- Maharashtra-India. I have completed my Masters in Bioinformatics in 2007 with 70 % marks, from CSJM University Kanpur. My training of Bioinformatics was completed from CDRI (Central Drug Research Institute) under the guidance of Dr. Ravishankar Ramachandran. Here, in this college I am delivering my lectures in M.Sc & B.Sc Bioinformatics classes as per the syllabus of University, and my subjects are given below:
1- Genome to Drug and vaccine
2- Genomics & Proteomics
3- Chemoinformatics
4- Parasite Bioinformatics
5- Intro to Bioinformatics
6- Taxonomy & Phylogeny
*In the present time I have 11 National & International abstracts publications, 9 belong to the National & 2 belongs to International. Recently, some of my research articles was successfully published in an International Conference “RECOMB 2008” held in National University of Singapore and in IIT-Bombay also.
Now, I want to teach and solve the Bioinformatics problems online, with the help of livepersons.com

Publications (10 Research Abstracts and 2 Bioinformatics Lessons)
• Research abstract based on HIV-1, is successfully published in the proceedings of an International Conference “RECOMB 2008” in National University of Singapore (NUS), in March 2008.
• 2 Research abstracts based on Chikungunya and HIV virus were successfully published in an ISEABB-09 International symposium held in IIT-Bombay.
• Research abstract is published based on “In-silico Analysis of Malathion Degradation by Arthrobacter” under the session ”Bioremediation of Xenobiotics”, in National Conference on “Scope & Application of Microbes in Agriculture & Environment- SAMAE 2007, sponsored by DBT-New Delhi.
• 5 Abstracts related to Bioinformatics were published in a National Seminar of Genes and Dreams held in the month of October 2008, in YARC-BI & BT-Parbhani-MS.
• Super Human Project based abstract was published in a National Conference in 2009.
• 2 Bioinformatics lessons were published in a chapter book of National Seminar of Genes and Dreams in 2008.
• Poster Presentation in RECOMB 2008 (Research in Computational & Molecular Biology) International Conference, in National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore.
• Poster Presentation in ISEABB-09 (International Symposium in IIT-Bombay).
• Participation in National Workshop on “Current Trends & Computing in Bioinformatics- CTCB 2007” at CSJM University.
