I purchased, rehabilitated and leased properties at Temple University's main campus, Philadelphia, PA. I aggressively acquired and grew my personal real estate portfolio between 1988-2004. I invested in and rehabilitated houses and commercial real estate in deteriorated, blighted, urban neighborhoods. I improved property values tremendously by creating critical mass, momentum and brought in a new wave of investment. I specialized in creating value in real estate in marginal, overlooked neighborhoods. Also invested in Society Hill & Old City, Philadelphia.
With so many online tools for finding property, why would you want a buyer's agent?
