I use a brief solution oriented model that focuses on how I can be useful to you in overcoming the difficulties you bring to our work together. While I work with both adults and teens about half my current practice is with teens and parents of teens. Many of the teens I see have difficulties expressing their anger without the use of abuse. With both teens and adults I teach the skills needed to express anger without the use of abuse. I also have extensive experience working with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma and difficulties in relationships.

I have worked in hospital, clinic, crisis center and private practice settngs. I currently work in private practice four days a week and at a local community mental health center one day per week.
