He has been involved in credit and collections in retail, banking, insurance, legal, telecommunications, information technology & the courier industry.
With extensive experience in both domestic and international collection techniques he is a member of both the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) and the Association of Credit Professionals in the UK. He also serves on the management board of the EMEA Credit Forum, a forum dedicated to the top Credit Managers from the biggest names in the Information Technology sector.
