I have an extensive background working in the art of culinary. I know a little bit about most cultures cooking. I can help in anything from explaining how-to to coming up with an original recipe. I learned Most of my skills from my grandmother and mother who taught me from a young age (around 7) how to cook. I expanded my knowledge when i took a cooking class and excelled so quickly that I got extra time after class to do more advance technique with the teacher.
