My Expert Service
My goal is to help you feel fulfilled on all levels of being: physically, spiritually, emotionally and psychologically. I coach my clients to let go of the behaviors and patterns that are outdated and no longer serving them. Teaching my clients how to get out of their own way, I help them navigate life from a place of power, strength and alignment that presents them with freedom and enormous possibility. In this place of alignment, my clients can know what it is like to feel fully supported by the Universe so that manifesting that which is in line with their highest good may come to fruition easily and effortlessly. If you are ready to connect with your true Self and move beyond limitation, let me support you in this extraordinary pursuit.

Experience & Qualifications
As an integrative psychotherapist, I combine distinctive expertise in psychological and emotional health, with a back ground in sport and bodywork. Having worked as a hospice medical social worker, my specialty is helping people navigate transition and emerge from challenge into alignment. I have extensive experience in grief and bereavement counseling and am trained by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to facilitate support groups for individuals who have lost loved ones to suicide.
As a two time Women's Marathon Olympic Trials qualifier and winner of the 2003 Philadelphia Marathon, I also specialize in women in sport and the unique challenges present for the female athlete, including issues with body image and overcoming mental and emotional blocks to success in sport. Using a strengths-based approach in my work, I help the athlete to actualize her fullest potential and heal imbalances that are getting in the way of success.
I am also very experienced in working with depression and anxiety.
My calling is to help people to grow and develop spiritually and I encourage healing on all levels of being, and integration of all aspects of the Self for a life of balance and fulfillment.
