I am a Salesforce.com Certified Consultant and a Verticals on Demand Consultant. During the past 8 years, I have been an integral part of numerous Salesforce.com implementations and two Verticals on Demand Deployments. My involvement in these projects generally falls into four categories: 1) Project Management 2) Functional Design & Configuration (gathering requirements, developing solution design, implementing the application) 3) Data Integration with Data Loader or Excel Connector 4) Training
Prior to becoming a consultant I worked as a Sales Operation Manager who deployed, maintained and managed a large Salesforce instance. My experience includes working with Senior Management up to the CEO level, developing custom objects, workflow, s-controls, reports and dashboards to meet the requirements and needs of the client. I am typically involved in gathering and documenting requirements, designing, building, working with developers, testing and deploying systems, and finally providing any support and training as requested by the client.
