I have over 12 years of sales management experience in various industries ranging from insurance to lending. I began my career with an insurance brokerage that sold property and casualty insurance across California. My unique and effective sales and marketing abilities quickly grew the company to become a major competitor in their territory.
In early 2003 I broke into the lending industry where I rapidly moved up the ranks to become a Production Manager for a Nationwide Net Branch. It was there that I learned the nuances and business aspects of retail mortgage lending. I then moved on to a Wholesale Mortgage company where I supervised a team of Account Executives. My passion is sales management and I thrive on the challenge and innovation that is necessary to drive a team of individuals to success.
