I am currently pursuing A.Chem degree and prior to this, was a fully trained chef specialises in French cuisine and I have been lucky to apprentice and assist several Michelin-starred chefs.
I like to cook and teach people how to cook properly, but pursuing a full-time degree does not allow one to have much time to be cooking in a professional kitchen right now. This website sounds like heaven sent as I can help people with tips and recipes on food and cooking (even food chemistry. I am very passionate about anything and everything that is related to food.

My specialisation is in French Cuisine. But being an Asian of Chinese/Korean parentage and been living in South East Asia for most of my life, I also have extensive knowledge in cuisine of my heritage.
In my specialised field, I am a "Garde Manger" chef. A GM chef specialises in cold items. I have experiences in making all sort of cold items including how to smoke and cure various items like bacon, fishes, etc...
Also qualified in HACCP.
