During my internship, I participated in the inspections of homes and commerical property for water damage and mold infestation in the Phoenix area as well as Texas. A visual inspection of the property, soil and air was observed and noted. Then an inspection of the physical property was done with taking of samples of various materials exposed and or affected, including soil and air. This would be taken back to the lab for analysis and enter into data form. A detailed report would follow with the completion of the analysis. Recommendations for remediation as well as suggestions on companies or doctors as deemed.In this inspection, various health symptoms would be noted and as a result of that, many clients would return to good health once the source of the 'problem' was removed. From cold symptoms to memory loss-tiredness and rashes.The symptoms vary a lot as people do.
