She handles several cases regarding elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Ms. Banks has substantial experience with helping families place seniors into Independent Living, Assisted Living or Nursing Homes. She also assists individuals in answering questions regarding Medicaid requirements for loved ones needing to seek assistance for state funded long-term care.
