I have over 6 years of professional experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Internal and External Auditing, Management Consultancy, Corporation Tax, Self Assessment Tax and VAT returns, including 4 years post qualification experience as a qualified ACCA.
During my experience in managerial role I had the opportunity to get a diversified exposure of auditing organizations in various sectors with up to £50m turnovers. Including Listed Companies, Public unlisted Companies, Private Limited Companies, Partnerships, Charities and Sole Proprietorship from Private and Public sectors.
I have vast experience on various consultancy assignments e.g. business plans, feasibility reports for various potential businesses and due diligence, Internal Control Reviews, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and Special Engagements.
I also have experience of preparing projects for new products, new market segments, marketing areas/ strategies and in depth analysis of Business Planning & Development, management strategies, organizational structures, cultures and managing people.
Preparation of statutory accounts, consolidated accounts and cash flows in accordance with IFRS and UKGAAP as appropriate.
Involved in analytical reviews of Internal Controls, highlighting weaknesses to management. Suggesting management and specific departments of ways to improve controls.
Stakeholder management, development and maintenance of detailed project plans, defining and proposing strategies in order to meet project timelines.
Involved from start to completion of Audit, including preparation of audit assignment terms letters, engagement letters, planning phase and field work.
Involved with computing and preparing Corporation Tax, Self-Assessment Tax and VAT Returns for various clients. Conducting and assisting partner in carrying out Tax enquiries/investigations for various clients, liaising and meeting with HMRC tax inspectors. Keeping track of filing dates and meeting deadlines for Companies House and Inland Revenue and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Involvement in tax advisory and tax planning for individuals and companies, meeting with clients and responding to their queries.

ACCA (UK) with post qualification experience of 4 yrs. I have work experience in one of the top accountancy firms in UK and one of the largest FMCG organizations in UK. Various projects completed in the areas of marketing, finance, business development & management and team building.
