Current Position:
I have been working as a freelance (Limited Company) consultant/analyst/programmer since 1987, servicing a handful of clients referred by word of mouth. This involves analysing, specifying and programming projects for customers, acting as a consultant for IT strategies and also general IT support and training.
Other Skills
From 1985 to 1987 I was R&D manager and then Technical Director of a software company in charge of a team of 6 programmers and a technical author. In my freelance work I have also worked as development manager for a Human Resources software company with a team of 3 programmers. I have been responsible for recruitment, staff training, liasing with agencies, suppliers and many other diverse functions.
