In China from 2005 working as chef/manager for important Italian restaurant in Shanghai and Qingdao.
In 2007 opened in partnership Napoli Italian Wine Bar Restaurant in Qingdao Shandong beautiful seaside city north of China.
Chef Stefano is in business hospitality from early 1980 and has been engaged in the most important places in Italy and North Europe.
2009 started in Hong Kong and China Sparaco Catering Management Consulting operating for all South East Asia to support and manage the opening of new western/italian restaurant and to organize full managing important catering events in Qingdao, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore.
