On 12/9 she made a very specific prediction for something to occur on 12/18. It didn't, so today I emailed requesting clarification. Within minutes she declined. Not only was she dead wrong but she doesn't have to professionalism to stand behind her work. I'm glad I waited to rate her. You should too. Don't be fooled just because she tells you what you want to hear.
