I first took up the hobby of information systems in 1995 and have since worked toward my employability by learning to type at 70wpm copy, file and do data entry. Starting with a small internship with the Smithsonian, I have practical experience with operating systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. I have also held the A+ Computer Technicain professional accreditation for
12 years.
I have some professional experience and more recently I have graduated the Job Corps School of Business in Reno, Nevada.
I am fascinated by challenges and I am self-motivated to work on different computer projects. In my free time, I have written several articles and videos; sharing them with others on my website. I have a running knowledge of network protocols, tools and techniques from Microsoft, Apple, Sun, Novell, Cisco and the FreeBSD foundation. I have also gained experience in the configuration,
management and troubleshooting of hardware on small and large computer networks running Microsoft Office and other specialized software programs.
