As a personal life coach and online counselor I provide services for those seeking to fulfillment personal and professional goals. As well as providing support to overcome personal barriers and navigating life transitions.
I provide personalized and focused service to individuals dealing with a range of life issues and challenges in the forms of personal consulting or ongoing counseling service.
Personal Coaching services will provide you with the tools to guide and motivate you to achieve that specific goal or overcome a barrier or challenge to your own personal growth and development. This is a self directed process where you are defining your goals and together we develop how they are to be achieved and how your success will be realized. Along the way I will enable you to draw upon your strengths and reflect with you on successes and help overcome any obstacles.
Counseling services provide customized person centered support if you are seeking to resolve a more in depth issues or you are requiring ongoing support during a challenging period in life. My competency in various counseling approaches allows me to customize a service to not only your presenting goals and needs but also in line with your strengths, abilities and fits with who you are.

I have over ten years of direct experience working with individuals, families and groups as a youth worker and Social Worker, in North America and United Kingdom. I have provided successful services for those dealing with personal, parental and family crises and dealing with various life challenges. Ranging from severe maladaptive life coping strategies, self esteem issues, identity issues, anger management, relationship difficulties, trauma, childhood behavioural difficulties, phobias, and life transitions.
Clients that I have worked with have included children, youth and individual adults, couples and families.
As a personal life coach I have provided services to those wanting to pursuing personal development, fulfillment and in their relationships and those navigating life transitions in their careers and lifestyle.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Individual, Family and Group services, as well as, a Honours Diploma Sociology and a Combined B.A. in Sociology and Media Information Studies, with a concentration in Social Psychology.
Additionally I am have certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Therapy and am a Certified Nuerolinguistic Practitioner.
