I have dedicated my life to food, preparing and serving food with taste, nutrition and health the major requirements. Health and nutrition do not matter if the food is not consumed. My mother and her mother were fantastic cooks. I benefited from their abilities, eating a variety of great food since childhood. Baking pies, cookies and making candy by the time I was eleven. Professionally I have cooked for a variety of captive audiences; my own two male children, other peoples children when they were at sports camps, production and construction workers at televised sporting events-X Games, PGA, and LPGA, administrators, professors, and secretaries on a college campus, and students at a junior college. I worked at various types of kitchens; hotels, upscale restaurants, banquet kitchens, large restaurants, school cafeterias, coffee shops, and small restaurants. I have developed created and written menus for restaurants, catering and banquets that were printed and used by the establishments. I have also done the same with recipes some of which were used in the menus I mentioned. Food purchasing, storage, and preparation in safe and sanitary manners are very important, I have many years of experience and knowledge in these areas. Teaching cooks, mothers, and amateurs the proper, easiest, or fastest way to prepare food is also a passion of mine and something I have done for thirty years. There might be a slight chance someone has question I do not have and answer for, my reference library of more than five hundred cook books and years of assorted cooking magazines will assist me in finding the answer.

I have an enormous amount of experience with food, purchasing, preparation, presentation, all in a safe and sanitary manner. Each one of these categories has an infinite amount of topics I have knowledge of and am well versed in, along with the ability to break them down to understandable terms. These include, but are not limited to sharpening knives, the right pans to cook in, the right platers or bowls to serve out of, time line for purchasing, preparing, storing and cooking a special meal romantic or holiday for people who only have 30 minutes a day to devote to the meal. Healthy alternative for your kids lunch that could be made in advance without quality suffering. Any and all questions, none to small or to large, could be simple or extensive, from the idea stage to the clean up, I will be able to help. Thank you
