There are many times in life when we experience "obstacles" that we are unable to overcome ourselves. It could be:loneliness, a break up, school difficulties, work pressure, even a spiritual dilemma. These are "turning points" in our lives when speaking to a professional counselor can really make a positive difference. If you are going through a difficult phase or transition in your life, and you just can't seem to find you way, you are not alone! I can help!
My experiences as a professional counselor, teacher, educator, life-coach, and administrator have allowed me to help people from a myriad of backgrounds. I'm an ex-counselor for high school students (7 years) of an outstanding high school in St. Charles, Illinois, as well as Grayslake, Illinois.
I currently have a private practice in Life Coaching/Personal Development, in which I work with adults, adolescents, and children.
I am a marathon runner, a writer at heart, and a spiritual seeker with extensive knowledge (from ten plus years of studying) various world religions. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling (Pupil Personnel Services) from Northeastern Illinois University, in Chicago, IL, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Illinois. I am also a National Certified Counselor, as I earned that distinction in 2007.

homemakers, working professionals, schools,career transition clients, students (children, adolescents, and adults), immigrants, professional athletes, professional actors, large corporations, and small businesses
I conduct my counseling sessions in both individual and group therapy settings.
I do "solution-centered counseling" which helps my clients stay "in the present," and work on issues that are affecting them right now!
