My firm and I provided investment brokerage services as well as full service property management services to the public for forty years. I delt in and owned apartments, strip shopping centers and office buildings. I am a past president of both the Columbus,Ohio chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). I was also one of four managing partners in 300 person real estate brokerage firm for ten years until we sold it to Coldwell Banker. In conjunction with this operation I was also a partner in a Mortgage Brokerage firm which serviced our clients. I have experience in dealing with lenders in securing loans for investment ventures. We also managed investment properties for Bank Trust Departments as well as private investors.
