1.Have worked as a Organizational Development Consultant to over 30 SMEs and Large Indian companies as well as worked in many MNCs as an OD consultant with expert teams in various projects.
2.Have sound knowledge, which derived from in depth research and working with many internal experts in all aspects or OD. Have used variety of diagnosis tools in variety of projects to identify problem areas in order to facilitate effective development interventions and have successfully implemented the same.
3.Have designed and implemented Performance Management Systems and conducted performance management system audits, Identifying relevant competencies, competency gap analysis, developed talent management strategies, structure rationalization, and leading change management initiatives for clients.
4.Have designed and implemented a comprehensive leadership and managerial competencies assessment and development model. This model uses 360 Degree/ Multi rater assessment tool to diagnose development needs and executives are taken through three phase development program which focus on 80 behavioral components grouped into four core areas which will result in exemplary and extraordinary leadership.
