While energy balancing can not replace or substitute for good medical care, working directly with your energy systems can help boost your ability to heal and maintain vibrant health and zest for life.

Experience & Qualifications

I developed the process of Transformational Energy Therapy which uses direct energy exercises, imagery, imagination and energetic release techniques for fast results. I can help you understand your chakra and meridian systems and learn to discern and correct imbalances. I will work directly with your energies and/or teach you energy exercises that you can use to keep your own system in balance. I have training in QiGong (Chinese Energy Healing), hypnosis, spiritual counseling, energy healing, Reiki, and have 30 years experience as an educator and family coach.

Very useful points on how I can keep my confidence high. I hadn't thought about using a journal to list the things I had achieved that day and I will definately give it a go. Also building up a positive picture of myself by writing about how I want to be in ten years is a really practical and helpful way I can record my ability to be positive and look back on it when I start to feel low.
