I understand the frustration and insecurity that goes along with being overweight. You feel you are alone and people look at you every where you go, and the more badly you feel about yourself, the more you want to fill the gap with food.
I want to help you through the tough lonely and sometimes depressing feelings we all often get with being over weight.
