I do not believe a piece of paper truly qualifies anyone. Nor who you were in a "past-life" or if you were born a seventh daughter of a seventh daughter, etc., etc., as so many Psychics and Magickal people claim.Not one of us is better than you. I believe EVERYONE has the same gifts and talents, it is just a matter of circumstance, environment and practice that determines the strength of said gifts.
