Serious and physical illness could necessitate additional sessions depending upon the severity. I always suggest deep breathing beforehand, relaxing alone without interference in a meditative position, or laying down, among other things. If it is difficult for you to settle down, I can recommend meditations for you. But you must do what feels right for you. It is okay to listen to music that helps you to feel relaxed and open. If you haven't any, I can offer suggestions. Please note: I provide healings and advising based upon information revealed during healing sessions, but not psychic readings. There is a difference.
