Surjit claimed to be an "expert" in WordPress and an "expert" in customizing Woo Themes for WordPress. After being hired to answer a few quick questions, he then required a fixed hourly rate, I had to download software for him to take over my desktop, and he proceeded to stumble around in WordPress showing less knowledge than I already had. He ended the session saying he'd respond "after breakfast." I had to send him the theme as well. When he came back, once he had control of my desktop again, he clicked the "hire" button without my consent which started charging me again. I quickly stopped it. He later sent me a short video of him stumbling around in WordPress again trying to figure out the same things I already knew. SURJIT IS NOT AN EXPERT IN WORDPRESS, and he borders on being a scam artist.
