I have my own healing center where I teach and facilitate workshops as well as one to one counseling in self-development, chronic pain management and creating lasting relationships.
During my health-care and hospital employments as well as with my private clients I have worked with numerous staff and private clients who have constantly experienced deep anger, especially when they were facing difficult times.
My coaching methods are focused on working together with you to explore your deeper feelings and actions regarding why you think, feel and react the way you do. Together we will decide the best method that will allow you to take advantage of your own skills and potential and to guide you on taking care of your emotional needs that are presently not allowing you to be more mindful of your life and your relationships with others.
I believe in guiding and supporting my clients to be the best person that they can be and at all times.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator/Administrator for over 30 years, working in Acute Care, Mental Health, Aged Care, Sports Medicine , Rehabilitation and Bereavement Counseling. With an interest in complimentary and energy healing I completed my other mentioned studies and used these in all areas of nursing employment and in my private practice. I have been involved with extensive research in hypnotherapy since the mid 80's.
As a bereavement counselor I have worked with clients in acute and long term facilities as well as my private clinic.
I have been working online for over 5 years.
