I started my career as an engineer working with labor and field workers in hundreds, and then I progressed to managing and planning practical target oriented projects and successfully achieved them. Then I served as a Quality Engineer forming a solid base for management to record and analyze progress. I became a U.K Certified Lead Auditor for ISO Standards and Management Systems. Using the expertise acquired through tough practice, I worked my way to become a Manager and now I run a complete department with all the management tools required to keep an organization on a path of continual improvement. I audit other management systems and bring different sections on the same level of management awareness and authority. I have practiced consultancy for more then 100 companies till date and every company came up with new,exciting and new situations but turns out that Experience provides Excellence.
