I have 15 years plus experience in the legal feild and in law-enforcement, as I myself am a retired Law-enforcement officer. All my clients questions will be kept confidential at all times. I have exstensive experience in the court room process and timelines. I am strong in my pursuit of the truth and of justice. I have exstensive and strong experience in small claims court, I can advise you on proceedure and how to address the Court Judge. I can advise you on court room edicit. Small Caims Court is a non-attorney court, no attorneys are allowed to represent you in Smalls Claims Court unless their are special circumstances and permission from the Judge,is needed ahead of time. But, You are allowed to consult with an attorney before hand. This I can Help my clients with, and will help you on how to present your case with confidence and professionalism so you can pre-vail on your case. I also have indepth knowledge on Landlord-Tenant Laws and policies and renters'rights(know your right as a tenant).I can help educate my clients on their rights as a tenant.

I have 15-years plus, in the court room and working with court room proceedures. Experience with working along side court judges and court defense attorneys, and court room prosecutors in criminal cases and with small claims court cases, I can consult with you on how to prepare you for a small claims court case, these cases' are non-attorney cases' and are not allowed to represent you, unless under special circumstances and advance premission from the Judge.I have worked in the Federal Court, Superior Court, District Court, and Municipal Court systems. I have Extensive experience working with a varity of Law -Enforcement agentcy's. Experience in crime scene investigations and protocol. Experience in chain of command for crime scene colletion of evidence investigations. Also Experience with background investigations and missing person cases'.
