The Bridge Between Meaningful Connections and Company Culture [Video]

Creating meaningful connections is not just our company mission at LivePerson. It’s a perspective that we weave through everything we do and an approach we strive to pass onto our customers. Our headquarters often plays host to this idea, as employees, customers and guests from all over the world come together in New York City for both work and play. So much more than just desks, computers and a coffee maker, our 10th Avenue office doubles as employee art gallery, event space and sometimes even a dance hall.

Creating and Sustaining Culture

How do you know if a company is truly outstanding as an employer? Few live up to their own hype. The most creative employment branding is often contradicted by the reality (and lack of authenticity) that awaits the newly hired staff member. A simple click on Glassdoor.com for example can offer wanted or unwanted behind-the-scenes insights. There is one truth: companies of all sizes are challenged to sustain and even extend their culture, especially through global growth and change.

Not Just Connecting Customers, We're Connecting Employees

How a company onboards their new employees says a lot about an organization. It is a unique opportunity to shape an individual’s early experience that can set the tone for years to come. Some companies pass around an employee handbook and consider the task complete. Other companies have long boot-camp style orientations. At LivePerson we do things a little differently.
