The description below entails my experience in property, project management and consulting. Managing a team that is responsible for the property management of two properties ; Rabia Towers (Tamleek/First Jordan) and Samarah Dead Sea Sales Center (Emaar International- Jordan) on behalf of the owner from three different aspects: Facility management: Managing and issuing contracts between the subcontractors and the property owner covering the day to day operations of the property such as housekeeping, security and landscaping. Measure subcontractor performance and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in this process. Set and implemented preventive maintenance plans for all electrical and mechanical systems in the properties based on technical reviews from the engineering department. Follow up on all warranty claims for the electro-mechanical systems as well as overseeing the post-warranty maintenance of these systems. Replacing damaged equipment by applying procurement techniques such as multi vendor bidding and providing award and price justifications to the client. Asset Management Creating a refurbishment plan for the properties in order for the client to be able to maximize their return on investment while preserving the property value. Providing a yearly budget, in terms of management costs for each property under the company’s management Provide the client with statistics to aid in calculating his return on investment such as the occupancy rate and investment efficiency rate (actual rent received / theoretical full capacity rent) at any given point in time. Tenants’ management Preparing tenants’ agreements and following up with agreement renewals and collecting rent due through the proper procedures on behalf of the owner. Provided the owner with a comprehensive report on all the aspects of the property. Preparing all financial reports that are sent to the client that reflect all of the properties expenses that were paid for on behalf of the client. Performed financial analysis and estimated the operational cost of facility management for prospective client properties. Conducted market research to determine the acceptance of property management within the business culture. Assisted management in setting and implementing new business strategies to be utilized in the sales division through professional marketing and advertisement techniques.

I have the experience in Project Management, Quality Control, Supply Chain Management , Coordination & Documentation Management. As a project Engineer, I was involved in: Assisting the design team in responding to letters from both subcontractors and client. Worked with the project planner to establish a detailed bill of quantities as well as the required material delivery schedule based on the project schedule. Executing a business analysis on the flow of information within the company departments as well as between the company and its clients and subcontractors. Performing a feasibility study and estimate on purchasing an automated document control system. Designed and established a document control system aimed to facilitate and control the flow of information internally and externally. Streamlining the new document control system in order to achieve maximum operational efficiency and productivity by implementing new archiving and distribution techniques Supervising the subcontractor submittals to the company based on the current project schedule as well as all letters issued to the subcontractors on the company’s behalf. Identifying potential new clients and projects by researching floated tenders as well as discovering new upcoming projects Providing key information to management to facilitate project progress monitoring and control. As to my experience in Quality Control Coordination, my work included: Provided all departments with tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve specific project milestones and completion percentages. Followed up with all departments to report and provide documentation on tasks related to specific milestones which, when complete are then translated to Section Completion Requests that are sent to the client for progress payments. Expedited the procurement process by liaising with the purchasing department, based on project progress reports from the site and the engineering department. Updated the engineering progress schedule using Primavera based on actual progress of the project. Assisted in the management of claims through fully understanding the claims process and all the project variation orders. Made certain that all client inquiries and comments were responded to by the project manager and the design engineering manager. Ensured completeness and compliance of all submittals to the client while supervising the document control process. Prepared the monthly design submittals progress reports based on the designs submittals sent to the client. Liaised with the procurement department to ensure design updates and modifications are forwarded to suppliers and subcontractors. Provided the procurement department with the customs and tax exemptions for all project related material by ensuring that the client has applied and obtained them. Prepared lists for all equipment and spare parts needed during the testing and commissioning phase of the project. As for the Supply Chain Management area, I supervised and optimized the supply chain process for all material ordered from international suppliers, including purchasing, logistics and warehousing
