I have facilitated both brick and mortar and virtual training using various platforms to reach my students. I am versed in New Hire, Ongoing, Management and Specialized Field training also such as Customer Retention. I bring an enthusiastic and determined attitude to my performance which results in over 95% graduation rate and success outside the classroom.
