I have 14 years of technology recruiting and employment experience. I have worked in both a corporate and agency environment and will provide you with information that is vital for your job search and to obtain the best employment offer. I will also answer general employment related questions or questions about companies and the market.
Perhaps you are starting a job search and would like to find out what your compensation should be for your target job and what would be and the best way to conduct your job search - I can help you with that.
I will also help you negotiate your job offer and review the compensation and benefits packages you are offered and advise you on how to negotiate and get an offer you are happy with.
I will work with you to identify companies that are a good match for your background and will provide information regarding the company infrastructure, culture, management team and any additional information that my be useful.
I have extensive experience preparing candidates for interviews. I will also guide you on what to expect on a technical interview for a particular company. Everyone interviews differently and I can help you to prepare for this.
I will review your resume and make recommendations. However, I do not write resumes. I do know what you will need to provide to get the attention of recruiters,HR and hiring managers.
If you have target companies in mind, I have resources to get your resume in front of the right people instead of having to go through the online application process. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to send your resume directly to someone in the company? I will do that for you.
