I have many years working with multiple Operatiing Systems and versions, have set up and maintained specialized billing systems, home/office networks, worked as a technical support for a major computer manufacturer, and am experienced with printers and printer supplies as a result of being a sales representitive for a large laser toner remanufacturing company, where I also am involved in the company's internal network design and maintainence department.
