I have a number of qualifications.
#1 I have a BFA from the University of Cincinnati in Television. Thus I have experience in lighting for television, writing for news/sitcoms, non-linear editing systems, audio, studio setup, history, theory, color theory and other aspects that apply to television.
#2 I used to be a part time grip/PA/assistant editor of an internationally broadcast award winning television show "The Zone" out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
#3 I advanced my knowledge of television by seeking an MFA in Television production from the Savannah College of Art and Design but after the first year a physical impairment kept me from continuing. However I was a top student and had graduate experience in casting/directing/writing/ lighting/preproduction.
#4 As a result of several research projects over the years across disciplines I have viewed plenty of television critically.
#5 As a casual spectator I watch approximately 8 hours of television a day and have for the last 6 years. This includes modern British television currently airing.

I have worked as an assistant producers for an internationally broadcast television show, I have an undergraduate degree in television writing/production/editing (electronic media) from the University of Cincinnati and I watch a lot of television as a result of various media research projects.
