For over 30 years, I have trained over 100,000 business people how to communicate about money so as to collect more now, at less cost, with less stress, and without losing valued customers, clients, or borrowers. In the process, they will BUILD their businesses as well as reducing receivables. People who are uncomfortable about asking for money will gain particular value from my coaching. Among the key issues is making sure that credit grantors have a clear agreement on payment that includes consequences for not paying as agreed. In my experience, because of the large amounts of money often involved, my clients usually achieve a return on investment of 10 to 20 times the cost of my services.

Owned and operated a collection seminar company that produced 600 seminars per year in 200 cities in all 50 states, presented by myself and 12 others I trained. I wrote an industry standard book, "The Check Is NOT In The Mail" as well as several audio and video programs on various aspects of the subject. I was a guest on CNBC, FNN, ABC and many radio programs. I am a consultant to the Small Business columnist at the Wall Street Journal, and I have had articles written and printed in the Costco Connection and many credit and collection journals. I also do individual business consulting.
