I was lead chef in a Zagat top rated restaurant for two of the years that I was there; Roma Via Paris. I have spent 3 years in live stage productions, while getting my Associates degree, and running a student guild. It all comes down to a unique blend of culinary, and entertainment, along with people management skills. That combination combined with a strong sense of priority forge to make a motivated crew.
