My Expert Service

Ok. All you need is an oil change, or maybe even your tires rotated. So, why are you holding a repair bill that looks more like an invoice to a vehicle restoration project? Do you dread taking your vehicle to the dealership, mom & pop shop, or any chain store for even the simplest service? When was the last time you only paid for the service you requested? There always seems to be something more that needs fixing when you go in for the basics. Yes, I actually work on vehicles and see what goes on when you hand over your keys to the service adviser. I was told to find everything I could that was wrong on a vehicle that would come in for an oil change.(And you wonder why these places have free multi-point inspections???) This is a commission-based work environment. ie: The more we find wrong with your vehicle and can get you to agree with to "fix"... ...the more money we make!!! Is it just me or does that sound unfair? You tell me your year, make, model, and mileage on your vehicle; and I'll tell you what you should expect at the shop. You may ask anything else automotive and if I don't know I'll point you to an expert here that does. Honesty is hard to come by these days. Your time and hard-earned money are worth a lot to you in this economy. Isn't it time you get what you've payed for?
