As the Project Coordinator for the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Services (APPS) program, I am responsible for 200 youths up to age 21 who are pregnant, at-risk of pregnancy or are already parents. My direct responsibility is the day to day running and coordination of all project/program related staff and services to insure that all project/program goals, targets and performance outcomes are met on a monthly/project cycle basis. This includes but not exclusively the following:
• Monitoring subcontractor’s programs through regular site visits;
• Coordinate and monitor Community Advisory Board;
• Enusre subcontractors are in compliance with program target goals;
• Assist in the registration of students for CAMPA’s project/program;
