In the 15 years I've been supporting Macs I've assisted high school students, undergrads, graduates, professors, doctors, lawyers, and even CEOs. I enjoy the challenge of solving computer problems or teaching people how better to use/manage their computers. Currently I'm the Mac and Network Manager at a biomedical research institution with a network of 500+ computers, half of which are Macs.
