I have been investing in real estate for 17+ years. I am a real estate broker, investor and run one of the largest Real Estate Investment Clubs in the country.
I have experience with Short Sales, Foreclosures, Land Trusts, Lease Options, Contract for Deeds / Land Contracts / Agreement for Deed, Rehabbing, Wholesaling, Subject to deals, Creative Financing and more. I don’t have a lot of experience with getting mortgages to buy houses. I have bought and sold over 100 houses and I have never gotten a loan from a Bank to buy a single one. I have refinanced a few over the years, but have never used Bank financing to buy. I have always used creative financing alternatives including Hard Money and Private Lenders.
