I am a holistic nutritional consultant and my sole passion in life is to help others overcome sickness and disease naturally, without the use of conventional medications. And while I am not a MD and my advice cannot be substituted for medical advice, I have "walked the walk" for 10+ years, and I have successfully raised my 4 children holistically, organically and naturally.

-I have studied alternative medicine for 10+ years and I have been providing personalized wellness reports for clients of my ministry for 6+ years. I have seen clients, friends and family members overcome fibromylgia, cancer, chronic sinus conditions, migraine headaches, mood disorders and numerous other chronic health conditions and I can help you.
-Years of experience as a holistic chef (both in a cafe setting and at home)
-Experience in preparing and advising on Gluten free cooking.(Celiac disease)
-I utilize an array of alternative healing methods including but not limited to diet & nutrition, homeopathy, aromatherapy, reflexology and many others!
