I was a codependent, work-a-holic from a dysfunctional family trying to heal a dead marriage. Deemed by my employer to be disabled due to a back injury I was fired. My marriage fell apart and 6 months later I landed in the emergency room with a heart attack. From that point on I was in and out of hospitals and doctors offices for 4 years. I began to realize that my doctors could only patch what was broken, they couldn’t teach me how to keep from self destructing again and again.
So I began a life long journey to learn all I could about emotional patterns, diet, exercise, heart health, relationships and the importance of just being happy.
Today, I am a self employed and have an active life style. I have weaned myself off of all of my heart medications through a combination of specific supplements, healthful and delicious foods, common sense exercises and mental attitude.
I have stumped my doctors by lowering my blood pressure to 75/35, I am stronger, happier and more well adjusted than at any time in my life and I did it all on my own.
I want to show you that it is definitely within your power to change your destiny. Heal depression, obesity, heart disease, arthritis and many other chronic diseases by arming yourself with the wisdom that is already in you. And what you don’t know, you can easily learn. I'll provide you with common sense tools, scientifically based, that you can apply everyday to make your life better.
As a divorced father, a heart attack survivor, a disabled worker, the only son of 2 ailing parents I have a lot of life experience to share. I am a great listener and problem solver.
