I am an experienced family nurse practitioner in family medicine and am a certified health coach. I have helped many people with the challenges of obesity, helping them loose weight and keeping it off by looking at changing lifestyle habits, becoming physically active, realizing their triggers and overcoming bad habits due to emotional eating. I work with people in helping them overcome their food cravings by looking at better choices in nutrition.

I currently work as a Family Nurse Practitioner and also as a Certified Health Coach. My daily work incorporates teaching and helping people make better life style choices and learning about nutrition. I also teach people about the devastating causes of obesity on the human body and the chronic disease states that occur because of obesity such as diabetes, heart disease, joint pain, back pain, indigestion, chronic sinus infections, headaches, muscle aches, depression to mention just a few.
