I can help you with your internet connection and service problems, giving advice on the various problems that can occur, and do occur so often for all of us. I will help you and give advice on slow browsing problems, and tell you whether its your PC or your ISP at fault. Also, i will help you configure Internet Explorer, Netscape or Opera, or whatever browser you prefer to use. Cant access your email? I will help you setup and check your settings in Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook. If you use another email program, i am still able to help you. In addition, i will offer tutoring on using the internet e.g. using search engines to find a web site, downloading free firewall and anti-virus software, setting up parental control and appropriate software for doing this, how to prevent popups and spyware, online gaming problems, improving download speeds........to name just a few really as there are numerous internet issues. lets see if we can remove the problem together and start surfing!

I can offer technical support on internet and PC issues. This has been my job for the last 6 years for major companies: Inprise, McAfee, Symantec and NTL. I have been offering assistance to both business and residential customers across Europe on software that includes ACT 4, Winfax, McAfee VirusScan, Delphi 4, Internet Explorer, Netscape and Outlook Express.
