Instructed seminars and continuing education programs on manufactured housing for the University of California, boards of realtors, trade associations, League of California Cities, California Redevelopment Association. For seven years, he was executive director of Western Mobilehome Association, the largest business organization of mobilehome park owners. Former consultant to California Assembly Committee on Ways and Means. Advisory Board Member of California Mobilehome Parkowners Alliance, and Board of Directors of Oregon Park Owners Alliance.
