As a lifelong English and Journalism teacher, SAT preparer and technical writer, I have extensive experience in correct, accurate and concise language.
I have worked as a copywriter for ad agencies, web developer for a subsidiary of an international conglomerate, researcher for a semiconductor trade association, and curriculum developer for a cutting-edge educational services company. I developed an SAT preparation course specializing in vocabulary development and standard English usage and grammar, and created a journalism program that produced highly praised newspapers.
I also developed an extensive curriculum for a Humanities program and have expertise in art, music, literature, philosophy, history and music. Creative writing is another area of expertise.

Experience & Qualifications

I am currently working for a real estate publication, writing and editing copy. My experience as an English instructor, from teaching English as a Second Language to English AP, including fourteen years in Journalism, twelve years in Humanities, and ten years in SAT preparation has given me a solid background in any area of writing. I have also worked outside the educational field for Silicon Valley companies, developing databases and creating a website.
