Provide Professional court testimony. Two years providing individual and group therapy with incarcerated youth in a treatment oriented facility. Four years providing individual, one on one counseling, group work, family counseling, crisis intervention in private practice, solution focused, goal directed, task centered, outcome based and time limited interventions. Six Years of providing line supervision, hire, fire, schedule work, prepare and conduct employee training's and safety meetings, facilitate meetings and negotiations with inspectors, owners reps., subcontractors, and the general public. Negotiations of labor contracts, policy changes, discipline. Two Years as a Clinical supervisor for Child and Family Therapists, and Masters Level Interns.
