He did not apparently understand my request, but asked no questions. He provided a very simplistic form that any beginner Access person could create in 5 minutes (with the tables already being provided). I will NEVER user the LivePerson service again, and I plan to share my displeasure with any and all who will listen. (I told him of my displeasure and said I felt I should compensate him for some of his time, but not for the entire $100, but he disagreed.

Tom found and fixed issues with an existing database, that previous experts said was impossible to fix. I am extremely grateful and will definitely call upon Tom again, should the need arise. He was easy to communicate with and understand. His quick and professional help really save the day.
